Hotel adjacent to hospital
I booked this stay because I was having a procedure at the hospital that is connected to the hotel. The hotel went beyond my Expectations. I stayed for three nights. Not your typical tourist hotel. The hotel was very quiet so it was great for relaxation. The hotel offered a very nice steam room and pool although I only got to enjoy them one time due to my procedure and the recovery following. Restaurant offers a great breakfast buffet and brunch buffet on Sunday with a quest saxophonist that was a very nice surprise. Many locals come to the restaurant. The rooms were better in person than in the pictures. They were very smartly appointed/furnished.

buena pero el tema de la facturación es molesto
En general todo fue bueno en la habitación. No funcionaba la regadera grande, no me atendieron bien en el desayuno y no me han enviado la factura aunque quedaron dos veces de hacerlo.

Excelente Servicio
Me alojé en una suite, bastante cómoda, el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y el personal bastante amable. 100% recomendable!

Hotel muy cómodo y elegante
En general el personal fue muy amable y muy oportuno a la hora de atender las solicitudes. Es un hotel central, sin embargo se requiere de transporte adicional para ir a zona de playa por lo que se complica un poco sobretodo en viajes de placer por los altos costos de los taxis.

O hotel é bom, mas o serviço precisa melhorar
O hotel é ótimo, mas alguns serviços não são tão bons. Já trabalhei no front de um hotel Sheraton, e conheço o padrão da rede.
Tivemos um evento nos salões e os papeis não eram repostos no banheiro, e a comida não era reposta no coffee break.
O que mais decepcionou foi o atendimento no restaurante. Os atendentes não são simpáticos e gentis.
Jantei com algumas colegas no restaurante do hotel, e eramos a unica mesa nessa noite. O garçom demorou mais de 30 minutos para trazer a bebida e as entradas, vieram junto com o prato principal; esqueceu de trazer um dos pratos e esqueceu da sobremesa.
Quando entregou a conta, checou o valor da gorjeta na nossa frente, e reclamou quando não recebeu gorjeta das minhas colegas.
