We offer nearly 10,000 feet of indoor event space comprising 11 versatile venues. The Astor Ballroom, our largest space, accommodates up to 295 attendees for a grand event. Choose from grand ballrooms, executive boardrooms and beautiful outdoor spaces for your event. Our experienced staff can configure each venue in a variety of layouts and seating arrangements to suit your specific meeting needs.
Astor Ballroom: Measuring 2,814 square feet in size and featuring soaring ceilings and crystal chandeliers, this space is perfect for elegant corporate receptions in Park City.
John Jacob Astor Boardroom: This venue offers seating for 16, with an executive board table and an atmosphere of refined sophistication.
Summit Room: This small space is ideal for a breakout meeting or a dining/lunch event associated with your function.
Jordanelle Room: Utilize this room for small meetings or as a hospitality suite.
The Astor pre-function area is 1,829 square feet; it opens onto the Astor Terrace for an additional 4,500 square feet of outdoor space including a beautiful fire pit. Select our Mountain Terrace, with its 2,500 square feet of space, and treat your event guests to gorgeous mountain views.

Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Banquet
Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.
Schoolroom or Classroom
The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
E-shape, U-shape and T-shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Ovals and Rounds
Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.
Conference and Hollow Square
Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
