This offer is available for new bookings made at participating hotels in Europe between October 15, 2016 and March 31, 2017 for stays between October 15, 2016 and March 31, 2017. Offer is only available at participating JW Marriott®, Autograph Collection® Hotels, Renaissance® Hotels, Marriott Hotels®, AC Hotels by Marriott®, Courtyard® and Residence Inn® hotels in Europe. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. This offer is not available for customers with pre-negotiated rates or agreements (such as special corporate rate agreements). This applies to the standard conference package and/or room. Groups with a minimum of 10 guest room nights and catering only meetings with minimum of 10 persons qualify. A group is considered to be a minimum of 10 single rooms and/or 10 conference participants booked per night. Subject to request and availability. Limited rooms and space available for promotion. Offer is commissionable on meetings booked through Agents. For every 10 rooms / participants / guests contracted (per day) within this time period you receive one room / participant / guest (one person) free of charge, based on actualized participants. This applies to the standard conference package and/or bedrooms (local taxes and incidental expenses, e.g. Telephone, Internet, minibar, AV, decorations etc. the free room will be charged separately to the customer). This offer is available to social events, but is subject to availability. Where an event has meeting room hire with contracted Food and Beverage, the offer would apply to the actualized per person food and beverage packages (non-alcoholic) only – not the room hire. Beverages contracted on a ‘consumption’ basis are excluded. This promotion is applicable for meetings with or without guestrooms and applies per event. It is based upon request and availability. This offer may not be available during periods of peak demand. Blackout dates may apply. Marriott International has the right to change or cancel the program at any time. All conference charges including taxes must be settled upon check-out.
