The Prime USDA steaks come from Black Angus cattle grazing on the vast grasslands of the State of Kansas and are fed by a special diet of grass and corn. This breed is famous for its beautiful marbling. The dry-aging process in our dry-aging cabinets that were specially made to measure, the meat gets a very refined taste and moreover additional tenderness in a completely natural way.
