Nice hotel and very kind staff
Very easy to get to from hotel. Great Staff, great rooms. Food was very good. I bit on the high side. Highly recommend though.

Worse experience I ever had with Westin
We were the returning customers to this Westin hotel, but it's all disappointments.
1. Due to heavy traffic, we checked in at late night. After unloading we immediately heading out for dinner. However, we were not able to exit the parking garage with the parking pass. My wife walked up to front desk, the lady fixed the parking pass confirming she had previously linked the pass with our room number. Walked back down to garage, second attempt failed. Wife walked back up to front desk again. The lady gave her a new pass, we finally able to exit the garage.
2. Returning after dinner. Using the same parking pass entering parking garage, scanner not able to read the pass. Scanned several time still failing. We were exhausted after 6 hours driving, we were losing our tolerance, thus press the button for help (as directed by Julia previously). However, waited sometimes, no one come from front desk, ended up I'd to get a new parking pass from the machine to enter the garage. Stopped by front desk to explain our frustration, front desk mister gave us a new pass. The parking pass work on the following 3 days.
3. Returning to room, laying in bed resting my head on body pillow and smelled real bad odor, realized the odor was coming from the body pillow. The pillow was smelled so awful believing the case was never changed, oh gosh! Called front desk complaint to the lady. Then Housekeeper came & I asked her to smell the pillow, she was agreeing the smell is unbearable. She took the pillow but didn't return more than half hour. As we were extremely exhausted, I called front desk informing the same lady that the housekeeper didn't return, asking her to inform housekeeper not to return & do not knock on my door as my wife already went coma.
4. Front desk disregard my request, housekeeper knocked on our door. My wife ignoring the knocking but the housekeeper didn't leave. Then the front desk same lady made a call to our room waking up my wife telling her housekeeping was outside waiting. My wife responded to her "we don't want any pillow, I need to sleep". My life went MISERABLE in the following days.
I choose to stay in Westin/Sheraton in most of trips due to cleanliness & convenience, but this was the worse experience I had ever had.

My stay was short and sweet, the staff was friendly and Welcoming. The only draw back was I had to be up early and I hear the neighbour next door. Overall a great experience.

Great Stay
Had a little weekend getaway with my girl. Had a great stay. Beds were super comfy. Great location, tons to do. Would definitely recommend.
