Noisiest, busiest place ever
Call and see if there is a conference in town. If so, run. It will be a nightmare to get to and from your room and you won’t want to leave the room or come back to the room

Botched Anniversary
I called a few nights prior to check in to request that my card be charged for the stay and to not allow my parents to pay upon check-out. I also requested for there to be flowers, chocolates, and a pitcher of iced tea in the room upon their arrival. The woman I spoke to (operator?) was very sweet and helpful. I ended our phone conversation with a confident feeling that the request would be honored.
When my parents arrived to the hotel, I was surprised to find out that none of the items I requested for were in the room. I called the front desk and the woman working at the time said she had no notes of such request listed under my room.
Flash forward to 7 pm that evening. My parents were lying in the bed (in their underwear) and a staff member walked into the room. My parents are deaf, so I am assuming that the staff member knocked and no one replied, which is understandable. The staff member brought a pitcher of tea and a box of chocolates (no flowers). Better than nothing, I guess.
Here’s where I get kinda upset. Upon checkout, my parents were charged $216 for room charges. #1 I made it very clear to charge everything to my card and #2 There is NO WAY the chocolates and iced tea costs $216!!
My parents paid the amount, thinking that they were paying for the room (similar amount). I called the accounting line on Saturday and they’re closed until Monday. I am really hoping that I can receive an itemized receipt to see how much each item cost and I hope that I can somehow be reimbursed for the lack of punctuality for the delivery of the items and for the confusion showcased by the staff.
At the end of the day, I know my parents had a lovely trip. However, there has to be some sort of reimbursement recovered due to the excessive costs and the staff not following the directions of the request. Lastly, I was very embarrassed that my parents were unexpectedly charged. I had made it very clear to my parents that I was paying for their trip as a gift to celebrate their anniversary.

Almost perfect
Stayed again in the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel in St. Louis. Enjoyed it very much, same as in the 4 times before. Excellent location and service, nothing to criticize.

Great Soccer Stay
Hotel was accommodating, excellent location to shop and dine within walking distance to all of this. Great fitness area within walking distance of hotel and many bars that have nightly entertainment. Hotel was spacious and clean and offered Starbucks coffee each morning. Great atmosphere and close to many things.

Excellent Customer Service
While the hotel is a little dated, it smelled nice when entering the building. Every staff member was exceptionally nice. Rooms were clean. Would stay here again. Fun area.

Hotel needs updating
Don’t stay here - internet too slow! Holes in sheets, expensive breakfast, very small bathroom!

Cramped and overpriced
Having stayed in St Louis numerous times at various hotels for the St Louis softball showcase this hotel was one of the worst. Small double bed room with even smaller bathrooms on the first floor (dungeon area). There are better hotels in the area that are cleaner, more up to date, cheaper, and offer free breakfast. $16 for a breakfast bar is ridiculous. The property is nice but that’s about it. I will not be staying here again.
