Rated 4 out of 5 by JohnD from Excellent Staff Very clean and welcoming hotel. Staff was friendly, attentive and responsive to my needs. Only knock was a noisy tenant in the room next door. As I only stayed the one night, I didn't report it, so that was hardly the Marriott's fault -- I like the location, staff, amenities, great dining area and it works out great for conferences and meetings.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointing from No microwave long wait If you're traveling to the northern California region with kids this hotel is not one you should stay at. There was no microwave for us to warm up any type of food for the kids. None of their food at the restaurant was appealing to our children. We called the guest room services many times and we're hung up on. I have to find housekeeping myself to get the necessary things for my room. Ice machine was broken. The room was extremely cold on arrival. The mattresses are very very soft for someone with back problems it would pose problems. I do not recommend this hotel for my stay was unpleasant.
