Relax for business only
Only use this hotel for business to sleep at night. It is a bit far from a lot of things but is in very quiet area where you can sleep at night. Close to freeway on and off ramps is a plus. Looking for Food requires to drive 10-30min depending what you want. Traffic around the area is pretty bad so dont drive dueing high commute time. The food is not really fresh. It is a bistro with high heating for food. Sort like when you order breakfast meal at starbucks and they stick it in a high heat oven. Alcohol is a bit on the high side in price. A bottle of beer is like 5bucks. You can go to localgrocery store and buy it a 6 pack for abt the same price. Overall the hotel is nice. Service was good from front counter to help in the room for items you need.

Ok for the money. The fitness center is a joke. Two treadmills, one eliptical and a dozen feee weights is all they have.

Staff made my stay so enjoyable
The staff in the courtyard are amazing and really went out of their way for me the week I was staying there. The staff are a credit to the organisation.

Excellent Stay
Over the six day stay I had not complaints with room or staff, and enjoyed the activities in the lobby hosted by hotel to bring guest together.

Rude Staff
Most of my review includes negative comments. So, if that's not for you, feel free to move on.
Pros: Clean Room/Textiles/Bathroom
Cons: Air inside Room; Staff Attitude; Staff Professionalism; Food/Beverage services/prices
I arrived around 11PM after a lengthy drive. I was very tired and was greeted by the desk clerk, that they would get to me after the customer ahead was done. I patiently waited. I'm not exactly sure how big or small the room or office is behind the desk, but both attendants entered the room and didn't come back out. I wasn't sure if they decided to take a lunch break, but I waited close to 25 minutes, before I had to tap on the desk and say "Hello?!" The woman came out and said: "I'm sorry sir, we didn't hear you come in". How could they not have heard me? They asked me to wait, which I complied, and then they just forgot about the guy standing there?! I was quite upset, and before the check-in process proceeded the woman asked if there was someone else she could talk to. I was so taken aback and offended by this comment. I might not have had the best appearance, but I wasn't vulgar or rude, I was simply tired and upset. I decided I it was too late to try and find another hotel, so I did stay.
I had severe heartburn later, I returned downstairs around 2 AM, hoping the woman was not at the desk. I needed an antacid and water. I found the two items and went to the desk. The man muttered under his breath: "This guy"... Either that was a racial comment, or very stereotypical, because I hadn't even said a word at this point. He proceeded to check my items without saying anything or making contact, simply said: "$20". For 2 antacids and a bottle of water!? I was upset, I simply said "No, thank you, and walked away". I ended up driving to 7-Eleven 3 miles away to spend $3. When morning arrived, I got out of the hotel as quickly as I could without having to talk to anyone. I was so shocked and upset at the professionalism. It might have been deserving over choosing a cheaper rate in the local area, but I surely won't return.
