Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great Location! Beautiful Hotel in a great location! The hotel was recently remodeled and provided a centralized home base for our trip to New York City. Our only complaint was the slow elevators. We found ourselves waiting for them every time we needed to use them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Mike from Bad check in. Poor planning Check in was for 3. Didn’t get checked in until 6 due to the water being shut off by the city. This could have been communicated out to people checking in that day since this wasn’t just determined day of. Had to wait an extra three hours to check in and was just left in the cold in NYC. Almost cancelled to go to another hotel.
