Rated 5 out of 5 by ChristmasBreak from Christmas Market Break Enjoyed a fantastic 2 night stay again for the second year at a super hotel. The Renaissance Hotel was a pleasurable weekend away. Graham was outstanding, charming and a special person who we remembered from the year before. He was always there with a smile when entering or exiting the hotel and always available to chat. David we met the second day and was also very pleasant and helpful. Thank you to Donna and Claire who were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them all. The room was the same room as last year and didn’t disappoint, large comfortable beds, tea making facilities, toiletries, hairdryer, ice bucket, television, large spacious room, seating, everything we needed. Reception and bar area beautiful, decorated for Christmas. We will definitely be back next year. Superb location for shops, bars, markets, everything in reach. Well done Renaissance Hotel.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Zlata from Не рекомендую Старый отель. Неприглядное состояние номеров и отеля в целом. Требует ремонта и обновления мебели и интерьера . Неудобные матрасы . Хорошее постельное и подушки . Имеются проблемы с отоплением в номере и розетками возле кровати . Чисто .
