Rated 2 out of 5 by AmyG from Left Items I gave a low score because I left something of value in a noticeable location and was told it was not found upon housekeeping’s arrival. If this was the case, housekeeping did a poor job cleaning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ruby from 5 Star experience I had a perfect experience. The staff was exceptional in every way. I didn’t need all the staff that I encountered but each was helpful and had a smile to share. The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable even my pillow was acceptable. My favorite was the staff and my coffee at the Bistro.

YOU DO NEED MORE ROLL IN SHOWERS IN SUITES AND CLOSER TO CHECK IN AREA .MOST PEOPLE THAT NEED THERE ACCESSABLE ROOMS HAVE TROUBLE WALKING DISTANCES OR ARE IN WHEELCHAIRS OR WALKERS. THEY NEED THE EXTRA SPACE FOR EQUIPMENT. NEED TO HAVE A SHOWER CHAIR OR BENCH IN THE ROLL IN SHOWER. A BFK BUFFETT WOULD BE GOOD.HOT TUB SHOULD BUBBLE MORE
