Amazing staff from start to end
The continental breakfast staff and oddly enough the maintenance man made the experience extra nice. EVERY person from the desk to the room cleaning lady were above and beyond nice. An undercover boss would have been overwhelmingly pleased.

Great Hotel
We were traveling looking at covered bridges. We randomly stopped and were very happy with our choice. This is by far the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed In. It was convieniently located for restaurants, coffee and gas. The staff was very friendly and provided us a new Alabama map. If ever in Athens, Alabama we highly recommend this Fairfield Inn.

Hotel was very clean, safe as the staff was exceptionally friendly. If you are on a business trip and need a hotel in this area, do stay here.

Awesome stay and awesome people
I would just like to say on a scale between 1 and 10, 10 being the best, I would have to say my recent stay at the Marriot Fairfield Inns and Suites Athens last weekend was a 20! It was that good. All around fantastic stay! From the courteous and kind front desk staff, to the awesomely spacious rooms and cool amenities, to the delicious breakfast in the morning at the breakfast bar, everything was gold star rating. I have to send a special shout out to Miguel, Daniel, and the blonde lady at the front desk, I can't remember her name, but she helped me with directions to 306 barbecue and she was great as well. Everyone there was fantastic and all of the people that I just mentioned by name need a raise immediately. As long as you have people like them working your front desk, your hotels will stay full because everyone will want to come by from the hospitality and warmth that they give you when you check in. These people really know what putting the customer first means as well as excellent customer service. They truly value the customer and their attention to detail is paramount when it comes to customer satisfaction. I was truly impressed with all of them and with everything at your hotel. I will definitely come back and stay at your hotel whenever I am in Athens. Thank you all for making our hotel stay so comfortable and rewarding. We will definitely be back!

2 night stay while attending an event wasn't in room much but when there it was great, except for paper thin walls and shoddy internet speeds

Clean room, comfortable stay
The room was clean. The light was out in the bathroom, so it was a little dark. A little bit higher price for just 10 hours. Overall this was a great place to stay
