Total dissapointment on my stay since it is the celebration of my birthday with family.
It was my birthday. My family & I decided to spend the weekends and have a simple celebration @ dinner. 1st, they don't want to allow visitors, which is my family to stay for dinner only. 2nd, the staff broked my turbo broiler (I am cooking thru broiler because I had a history of HYPERTENSION, the doctor advises to used turbo instead of frying using oil), when I reported the incident to front office they have denied that it was broken from their end, and one of the staff even said that we should not brought it since it is very delicate, what I want only is an apology, that they mishandled our things that lead it to get broken, but instead the management have denied that it is under their responsibility and that they are not liable for it. "A simple and sincere apology will do" but I NEVER received it. I just wanted you to know that I am extremely dissapointed on how your staff handled such kind of incident. I was expecting at least that they will find a solution or the management will say sorry on behalf of the employee, but it never happened.

anytime again
would stay again anytime soon, you can't bead it if it stays the way it is or even better. Specially for families or business people.Easy access to the whole city by taxi and close by Metro (AlRigga) WIFI is not the best in any which way - but who needs it on vacation!
