Rated 5 out of 5 by Doggies99999 from Excellent Hotel--Clean, Comfy, Great Amenities TownePlace Suites in Dothan had everything we needed for our recent stay in Dothan. The room was immaculate. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well appointed (even had a dishwasher!!!) and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel has a clean modern fitness center, and the daily breakfast had a great selection of hot food (eggs, meat, make your own waffles) and grab-n-go items (fresh fruit, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, cereals.) The staff are sooo welcoming and polite. I will definitely stay here again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RickyL from Emergency Accommodation Town Place Suits went above and beyond to provide us a clean, comfortable and affordable place to sleep after working long hours. The staff are excellent. compassionate, professional and most of all, Courteous & Friendly. Although i was working the Hurricane response, i will be using this location with my family on future stays. I can't begin to say enough about the compassion and willingness of the staff to take care of every detail.

Mark at the front desk was exceptional and helping to everyone during this difficult time and Sweet Cathy in the kitchen was so kind, loving and thoughtful. Next time we’re in Dothan we will definitely stay here thank you again for all of your help and kindness!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by RenettaC from Phenomenal When there wasn't a hurricane raging outside, the TownePlace Suites Dothan is a great place to stay. The staff are some of the most welcoming folks we've ever met, and the hotel is spotlessly clean. But if you really want to see the staff shine stay there when a hurricane is raging outside-we were there during hurricane Michael. These folks went far above and beyond to make a lot of people as comfortable as possible even though the power was out. These same staff had loved ones at home that were also experiencing Michael, but the staff was working hard to make guests comfortable. I can't say enough good things about them.
