Rated 1 out of 5 by KarenG from Lacked Cleanliness Upon checking in late (after 9 pm) we noticed glass/cup rings on nightstand, along with hair. I went to take a shower so I could just go to bed and noted hair in the shower! I had to clean the shower before taking one! Totally unacceptable. After getting out of the shower I noted hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door, as well! I called the desk to let the nice desk associate know. She did offer to move us, but by then it was around 10 PM and all we wanted to do was sleep; we checked out early the next morning around 7:30 am. I did show your housekeeper supervisor upon check out. Very dissatisfied with the lack of cleanliness of our room.
