Rated 5 out of 5 by AleMedrano from The best hotel in the Midway area One night stay with my parents before an airport trip and everything was fantastic, staff went above and beyond, this is the best hotel in the Midway area hands down. Staff is very helpful, breakfast is good, room is very clean, parking is free, shuttle is convenient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LeslieA from Great Stay At Residence Inn We were thankful to have a suite that separated the living area with a door leading to bedroom. It's too hard to sleep in the same room with little kids! We also were impressed with the free welcome snacks in the lobby as well as the breakfast the kitchen staff bagged up for us when they found out we were checking out earlier than breakfast was served (4 am airport shuttle). Very clean, very quiet. We will stay again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JP from Good Rooms, Terrible Service We stayed here for just a single night and were pleased with the rooms (size, space, quality). However, we accidentally left a new leather jacket in the closet, which is obviously our fault. But we realized this shortly after checking out and called the hotel from the road. They indicated that they hadn't found anything and no items like what we described were in the lost and found. We called back on subsequent days to see if it had been found, thinking we may have called before they even cleaned our room, but no one ever reported or turned in our jacket. At no point was anyone willing to go into the room to check, and the cleaning crew never turned in the jacket. At a hotel of this quality, I would never expect this to happen. At the very least, I would expect an item to make it to the lost and found for a few days. And, I would have appreciated "above and beyond" service where someone gave us a call. In any case, we are now out a nice leather jacket and will be avoiding this hotel in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Michelle from Family welcome when I came back home After missing travel for an extended period, I walked in and immediately knew why I always stay at Midway Residence Inn. The staff is warm, friendly and personable. I would stay no where else on my Chicago trips because home is a good place to be.
