Bad Customer Service
This hotel is nice, but the employees are terrible. We stayed three days and our room was never cleaned. We also experienced an attitude from housekeeping when told to come back to clean our room because we were still getting dressed.

One treadmill did not work in the gym, no towels at the pool, breakfast items run out, room was not cleaned every day unless we requested it. Staff was polite and professional. Convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping and highway.

Hall of Fame Weekend
Exceptional hotel. Staff was extraordinary and accommodating. Great location half way between The Football Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Easy access from highway.

Hotel Stay
As a former employee of a Marriott, I believe the experience begins at Check-In. The room I was originally assigned too (Room 125) was occupied by a guest. The next room assigned to me was on the Third Floor (RM 322). The guest area was very nice but I was disappointed with the bathroom. The shower had what appears to be rust stains (this was a stand alone shower). My room was not cleaned on Saturday and I had to ask the housekeeper on Sunday if he was going to clean my room. The dining area on Sunday was a complete mess. The booths and tables were not cleaned and the food area was not clean. The two housekeepers who were responsible for the breakfast were sitting behind the desk when they should have been make sure the dining and food area were clean along with making sure the food area was stocked. Upon my return on Sunday evening, my key card was deactivated (probably because it was by cell phone in my purse), I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for a replacement. The attendant had her ear buds in her ear and she was speaking with someone. She made it seem like I was inconveniencing her time. The General manager was the high light of my visit because he made sure to come and speak with me on Monday morning and let me voice my concerns. I worked in the Hospitality Industry for 5 years and always stay at a Marriot when travelling because of the standards maintained by Marriott. This is the first time I have completed survey and I was not satisfied with my stay.

I'd stay there again in the future
Easy and convenient. Very friendly staff at the front desk.
They and all hotels need to put more regular coffee packets in the rooms, though.

Reasonable place to stay
Not a bad place to stay. Beds are comfortable. Pool could be cleaner. Fridge in the room didn't work. Good hot breakfast
