Rated 5 out of 5 by LM from Curtain call Stayed for the curtain call tournament 2018. Imagine the stress of all your days getting mixed up with bad weather! Panic over tons of wasted money. But fear not, not only did they refund my nights unused... they upgraded my room free to a field view. Check in took seconds. Food and drink were readily available. Plenty for the kids to do and a staff that understood a 100 kids in a small space with rain. Excellent!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Businesstravler from Work related stay Do not stay at this hotel when baseball games are occurring. Kids are loud, rude and generally out of control as parent take the opportunity to let them run wild while they get drunk and loud. Parents in many cases are worse than the kids.

Rated 3 out of 5 by BusinessTraveler from Terrible Customer Service The heating system did not work in my room the first night and I had to wait for at least 1.5 hours to get the AC/Heating Unit replaced and my room heated. I asked twice if they could move me into another room but had to wait. My room wasn't cleaned one of the days that I stayed at the hotel. I left some items in the room and after calling the hotel back to see if they could ship it, I received no response from the hotel. I've never experienced such a lack of interest in providing good customer service. I understand that it is my fault that I left the items in the room but other hotels had no problem collecting items left in a room to either let me pick it up after check out or sending it in mail. The hotel itself is OK. Plenty of parking, the rooms are not bad. The breakfast was good, dinner choices just OK.
