Rated 5 out of 5 by TheConways from Great stay. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was nice and seemed actually happy to be at work. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was very good. If we ever come back to the area we will stay again.

The staff were very friendly as we checked in and during our stay. The rooms were a good size with plenty of space. They were also very clean too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Karla from Dirty. This hotel is dirty -floors sticky. The hotel staff doesn’t care - that’s on management. Happy staff will take pride in their work and want the property to reflect that. Thankfully plenty of other choices in Birmingham.

SpringHill Suites offers a friendly and pleasing atmosphere, with a delicious complementary breakfast.
