Great hotel!
The hotel is great, but the restaurant was overpriced. I was asked if I wanted a beverage before I was provided a menu. I was in shock when I received the bill and saw the price charged for juice. Other than that, it was a great experience!

This is an excellent hotel with top grade amenities. One of the best we've stayed at here in the states. Love the new "M" club and with it's location on the 1st floor.

Stay at your own risk
Don't expect someone to truthfully answer the phone about reservations. Don't expect housekeeping to show up. Don't expect to have water. Don't expect to have your problems addressed by a manager. And don't expect to check out early without getting charged for the nights you COULDN'T stay. Marriott Rewards will get you nowhere, so don't bother.

Not unpleasant, just not typical for Marriott
It was a little weird. I had booked a king with sofa bed but when I got there was assigned a regular king room. She changed it without complaint. When I got to the room there was no toilet paper in the room at all and no extra bedding for the sofa bed. I requested both and while I was using the complimentary shuttle to WM because the airline lost our luggage, the toilet paper was placed but not the bedding. When we got back to the room I sent my son down to get the bedding and they said they’d send someone right up and we never got it. I just gave him the blanket off of mine and slept without. The food in the lounge for the evening hours was very sparse, much less than I’ve typically seen and they didn’t leave water bottles out. The shuttle driver was super friendly though. The next day I left the room by 8 am got back after 3 and the room had not been serviced. She did come over and leave fresh towels but didn’t offer to tidy up the room.
At breakfast, I asked for milk and coffee but only ever got the coffee. All in all, we have been loyal Marriott guests for years and this will not impact my willingness to use Marriott, there was just a distinct difference in quality of service than one usually receives at Marriott.

Great Location, and Great Staff.
I travel for business quite a bit and the cleanliness and helpful staff at this location will beg you to come back again! It is always a pleasure to come back to a nice room with all the luxuries needed to make for a good nights rest. I'd never look twice for another hotel stay. Cheers Marriott!
