Nice property but service should be better
Service seemed to lack. Front desk team seemed to have challenges assisting and understanding benefits for membership levels. And the lack of repsponsiveness was something I really didn’t expect from a Marriott property.

A Slice of Heaven in Hoover
I live in Nashville and two friends and I have been enjoying semi-annual girls' weekends at Ross Bridge since 2013 and the resort never fails to deliver. The staff does their best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs which really make a weekend visit extra special. This visit we met Mr. Smith the GM and we was especially lovely to us and made sure we felt well taken care of. The rooms are lovely and we especially enjoy the balconies, particularly on the higher floors with a resort view because the golf course is stunningly beautiful. The bagpiper in the afternoon is such a lovely touch and I always look forward to hearing it. The outside pool and hot tub are wonderful and the grounds are exceptionally beautiful! We love to walk around the property and try to take advantage of all the resort has to offer. The fire pits on a chilly evening are very nice. I feel like royalty when I'm wandering around the resort. The beds are incredibly comfortable. It's easy to control the temperature of the rooms. The bathrooms are big and clean and the rooms are spacious (particularly the rooms with a single king bed) and well appointed. The room prices can be high and vary a lot from day to day, but compared to similar facilities they seem appropriate. I don't book an appointment at the spa every time I visit but when I have my experiences have always been excellent! The area is gorgeous and we always enjoy long walks around the surrounding neighborhood. I can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Resort and Incredible Staff
My husband and I had a really hard 3 weeks, since we live where Hurricane Micheal devastated our hometown. The Resort was just the perfect spot to relax, recharge and remember how lucky we are. The assistant manager was wonderful and upgraded us to a suite, we had couples massage and just enjoyed the lovely resort. Thank you to the entire staff!!!!

Always Exceed Expectations
This hotel has always consistently exceeded my expectations. I am a picky traveler in that I want a clean room with a minimum of noise. I like a quick response if I have a problem; however, here I don't think I have ever had any problems in the room. The valet has always been super quick. The staff is super friendly. The restaurant food is yummy, especially the shrimp and grits. You feel like you are far out in the country when you are actually close to many nice restaurants. I stay here on business and its the only place I will stay for personal trips. I have never been disappointed.

Best Customer Service!
I cannot even describe just how amazing our stay was! We stayed at Ross Bridge the night of our wedding. My mother offered to pay for the room, so when she called to do that she explained our situation. My husband and I just started new jobs and were not able to take a honeymoon. This was our one night away. Check in was very simple and brief. My husband still had on his dress blues from the wedding and my face was screaming “get me out of these heels!”. So we were ready to get in our room and relax. We got up to the sixth floor and opened up the door to our room. Wow is all that we could say. This was the presidential suite. My mother called the front desk to make sure they had gotten our reservation correct. They explained that the manager upgraded our room. We were ecstatic!! The room was gorgeous! We went down to the clubhouse to eat, which was delicious! When we came back up to the room there was a bottle of wine, a note, and sweet treats. The note was thanking my husband for his service and letting them be a part of our night. I was in tears at this point. There was even a bell hop who spoke to us in the elevator asking about our stay, he congratulated us and said if there was anything we needed just to call down and ask for him. Everyone we came in to contact with was amazing. The customer service provided is unmatched. I honestly could not be more pleased with our stay and the fantastic service we received.

Very poor spa service.
I was given a spa day for my birthday. The facial was good and the massage portion of the facial was at least average for a facial.
Ever watch the TV show that was so bad that you rkept watching, thinking surely it will get better? That’s what my massage was like.
Never thought of massage could be annoying, but it was annoying at best.
Either the person performing the massage was not a massage therapist, was exhausted and incapable of performing massage (she didn’t appear ill) or was just taking advantage of me.
I should have ended the massage five minutes in and gotten a refund.
