Rated 5 out of 5 by MorryLevine from SpringHill Suites Birmingham The staff was very friendly and welcomed us and our children. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet. They treated us like family and were so wonderful with the kids. The breakfast was very convenient, delicious and such a time and saver. We also enjoyed the use of the gym and the Lifetime fitness. We look forward to staying at SpringHill on our next visit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rachel from Average Stay This was an average hotel. It has some maintenance needs especially in the bathroom. The tub was cracked and a lose screw made it hard to control the water. The breakfast was cold and gross and had very limited options. The staff when we checked in were wonderful and helpful, but the night staff were a bit curt and rude when we had to call about clarification they acted like we were bothering them. Overall, the room was nice, but the overall experience needs some work.
