It’s clean, the staff is polite, breakfast is delicious and we always use the pool. Overall is a place we keep using every time we visit Birmingham.

Rated 1 out of 5 by RH from Enjoy Staying with Fairfield before, but this was the Worst After reading the reviews regarding this hotel, I was quite displeased at the condition of the room. I had expected more in the area of cleanliness and upkeep of the room. The staff was very nice, but the room in which we stayed was not acceptable. Had we needed to stay another night, I would have requested a refund and went to another hotel.
