Just OK
1. There was a dead stink bug in the bed sheets along with food. (These were the sheets on the bed when we first entered the room)
2. The key cards system to get into the rooms here suck!
3. People were being loud in the hallways early in the morning for a while.

We were in Manchester because our daughter was reaching the end of her life due to stage IV breast cancer. When the staff and management learned of this they sent us a lovely floral arrangement. This was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated..

Great Experience
On arrival we were greeted with a welcoming staff. They set us up for a pleasant 1 night stay. In the morning the complimentary breakfast was very good.

Not great
Room was available till 3 1/2 after my checkin time then old coffee filter still in coffee machine, no manager was on for the 2 days that I was their so i wasn’t able to get any compensation while there, once I left I called and the phones barely got answered and when they did , the managers where always unavailable, when I finally did get a hold of one it took 2 days to get any sense of relief from either one of them being Samantha the GM and Jay the very rude assistant manager. Overall poor business management

Nice property and people
We have stayed here many times. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is wonderful. We, however, felt the amenities were in short supply, not enough towels, not enough coffee in the room, breakfast ended at 9.

the breakfast service and PRODUCTS were not up to MARRIOTT Standards for a Fairfield Inn:
trust me on this - I'm Life Time Platinum
so again people it was not good

Great stay
We stayed for the Christmas weekend. The staff goes above and beyond to assist the customers. Manager Jay and his staff are very professional. We enjoyed our stay, very clean hotel, near shopping malls and entertainment.
