Loved our stay at the Sheraton! The staff are amazing, very friendly and always willing to help. The resort is super clean and the rooms are very spacious and comfy, definite value for money! Highly recommend staying and would definitely return again!

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN SAMOA
Close to Airport, and not at all noisy. Away from the hustle and bustle of Apia. Would definitely recommend for a stay, hire a vehicle as easy to get around.

Beaut Stay
Groundfloor room, instant access to the lovely grounds and view of the sea. Modern room with generous twin/suite beds where it accommodates 6ft tall people, quite comfortable. Taxi only 20 tala from airport to Sheraton. Taxi 10 tala from Sheraton to ferry wharf as we needed to go to Savaii. Taxi 70 tala to Apia township (45 min drive ..... suggest drive outside peak hours). Sheraton has over 600 rooms and although it was big, it was pleasant to find, Sheraton was spacious to accommodate time away from the crowd. No chance of being bored at Sheraton, so much to do, wine and dine, swim in pool or beach, badminton, volleyball, games room, tennis, kids play area, instant access to internet came with the room and more. Must go place in Apia is Nourish cafe, main specialty is vegetarian/vegan but they do accommodate the meat eaters. Got to try their taro and breadfruit hot chips ..... absolute yum!

Hotel with great service but lacking modern infrastructure
The pros:
1. Staff and service
2. Food (recommend the buffet dinners during performance nights)
3. Beach
4. Pool
The cons:
1. Outdated room interior
2. Outdated technology in room (i.e. old TV, alarm clock, etc)
3. Air conditioning provides cooling but is old and could fail at any moment
4. They didn't warn me about the taxi drivers who try to rip tourists of by charging an additional fee for entering the airport. Note: tax rides should only cost $20.

Expensive, yet handy to airport.
A little tired and expensive relative to other Samoan resorts. Reasonable beach and chill out areas, food was very good.
Service was patchy which can be typical in Samoa. I probably won’t be staying again, unless I had a very early flight.
