Rated 4 out of 5 by KarenSack from Good Albany stay We like the Residence Inn. We had some issues with the room initially, but once we spoke with management, we were moved to a more suitable room which worked out fine.

Rated 3 out of 5 by CK from Business Overnight Average hotel, fine for quick overnight. Access to hotel is somewhat challenging on unlit, rough road to parking lot. Should be a better marked entrance.

You all are providing great service/food with a smile each day and it was a pleasure to stay at this property. Also, thank you for the welcome bag and Halloween gift they really made my smile and touched me. I will certainly be back and recommend this property. Keep up the great service! Kathy N.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kirby from Great place to stay. My only complaints would be , breakfast could use an update. If you go after 8 nothing much left and never seems to be refilled. And wish they had USB ports in the rooms. The staff is amazing!! Bonnie and Vince are truly the best I have dealt with in all my recent stays at hotels.
