You can hear through the walls, the vents were clogged with massive dust, I requested toiletries via the email system and did not get them, the food at the convention was awful the bed was uncomfortable the pool and pool area were cold, the gym was extremely warm, there were no robes or in room safes, no bellman to help with luggage. Food from CHats was wonderful but expensive. Also swim lessons going on during prime evening hours limiting space in the pool. Not up to the Marriott standards that I would expect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by RM from Albany Marriott The updated facility and rooms is great. They look very good and the bed is very comfortable. I must say that the food selection in the Concierge Lounge is not up to the standard that I expect at Marriott. Comparing the breakfast selection to other Marriott's the selection is rather limited.
