Rated 5 out of 5 by Woody from Exactly what we needed This hotel staff was very nice and accommodating to all our needs. The rooms are clean and neat. The breakfast was nothing special but it served its purpose and was convenient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ben7606 from Great Rates, Clean Well Stocked Facilities, Staff that Go Above and Beyond My title says it all. Staff bends over backward to help you, facilities are clean and neat, included breakfast was actually good with heathy options (though I did not choose them!). I would definitely stay here again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by NA from Did the job Booked a queen size bed, they could not provide the room I booked. Breakfast didn’t start until after I had to leave. My bathroom towels had stains as well as some of the bed sheets. The air unit in the window did not work properly either. The staff was nice and other than the issues with the room the hotel was clean. Also... After paying for my room in advance I find out you have to pay to park your vehicle on the property so expect a $10 fee when you arrive.

Rated 4 out of 5 by KF from Room needed to be cleaned better The refrigerator was turned off, in checking to see if it was plugged in, I moved the furniture and found a Subway cookie bag and numerous small items behind and under the furniture. The bathroom mirror also needed to be cleaned.

When my business takes me to Albany, and it does! I look forward to my stay at the hotel, it is my home away from home. The staff is courteous, professional and very kind. The breakfast is nourishing, and free! It is a great value, and very convenient by car to downtown Albany. Frankly, I like being off the beaten path when I am in Albany on business-I am in downtown Albany in less than 10 minutes with and without traffic!

Rated 4 out of 5 by SLMeeks from Now All that's Needed is a Pool The Fairfield Inn has a welcoming staff, above average coffee throughout the day, a descent breakfast, and Clean rooms with a wonderfully comfortable bed. All they need to do is get their pool back in service and the traveler will have found one of the best buys in Albany, NY.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KarenC from Surprisingly wonderful Our daughter attends the university and this is our 7th time staying overnight in the last 2 years. There are a whole row of hotels and we have stayed in some others and this hotel is by far our favorite pick. We will definitely book here again. Its clean and modern and the staff were wonderful. The room was comfortable and soundproof. The breakfast was nice. Very good value
