Rated 5 out of 5 by MissLucky2018 from Excellent getaway. I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly the food was good and the rooms comfortable! I had a lovely view of the city especially the Egg!! The views are incredible either when in yoir room or having your meal. It was therapeutic and relaxing. Everything i would ever want if i needed time away. Just wish there was a pool! You cant have it all bit when what you have is fantastic what you wish you had doesnt seem to matter that much! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed from Worst check in experience ever. This hotel is beautiful. They should put more effort into staffing the front desk though. The young woman who checked me in seemed proud of her rudeness. I watxhed as she checked in others. She seemed to do well with some, but most were greeted as rudely as I was. She was busy, but she was also horrible. Replace her.

Rated 4 out of 5 by EHerc from One Night in Albany I spent one night in Albany. I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel. From the exterior I thought the hotel would have been older but once i stepped inside it was so contemporary. Lovely low lighting, colors, and ambiance. The check-in process was quick, easy, and smooth. I was also offered a free upgrade and access to the concierge lounge. After a long 3 hour drive from the city, i decided to check out the hotel's restaurant for dinner. The 8oz steak with truffle potatoes was decent but nothing to wow over. The service was good. All in all, i would return on my next Albany trip.
