Wedding Weekend
Located in the sweet town of Aiken, this hotel was perfect for our stay. Close to TONS of amenities, and the wedding venue, we couldn't have asked for a better deal. Though, the entrance was a bit camouflaged, we certainly did figure it out quickly! We didn't get to use the pool, but it was a lovely area. Breakfast was just what we needed for our long trip back to PA. Simple and tasty, with plenty of choices. Coffee was hot and delicious, not bitter or burned (as I've had in other establishments). All around a great and comfortable stay!

Not a hotel for people with pet allergies
Staff was great and the hotel was nice. However, I noticed they allow animals. I am allergic so I asked for a room that hadn’t had animals. They assured me that they go through a cleaning process that is very detailed and that it should be okay. I woke up at 2 am with rashes on my legs and ankles and had to switch bedding. I did not report my problem as I was leaving the next morning, but I do not recommend this hotel to those who suffer from animal allergies.

Will always stay here
We were in town for a match vs USC-Aiken and had a group over 25 players, coaches, and trainers. Not one person had a complaint with anything. The staff was very welcoming and polite. One of the players said that his bed was the most comfortable thing he has ever slept on.
Anytime we are in the area we will be staying at the TownePlace Suites Aiken Whiskey Road.
Thank you to Bethany and her staff!

Best Staff HANDS DOWN!
TownePlace Suites- Aiken has by FAR the most accommodating, helpful, nicest staff of ANY Marriott hotel. In fact Marriott customer service could learn a thing or two from this staff!
This is the ONLY place we stay when we come to Aiken. The rooms are clean, the pool is nice and the service is top notch. There are truly not enough words to adequately describe how wonderful this staff is and how much we look forward to our time in Aiken because we know we will be able to relax- TPS- Aiken has got us covered. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Room Unfit For Marriott Name
I stayed in Suite 421 on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. Check-in and greeting were above average. When I used the bed for the first time late at night, I encountered a large depression in the mattress the size of a bowling ball. I kept rolling into the cavity and could not enjoy a satisfactory night's sleep. In the morning when I opened the curtains, I found a large amount of dried blood on the pillow at the other end of the bed that I did not use. Both of these conditions should have been easily identified by housekeeping and the room should have been made right BEFORE any guest occupied the room.
Just before check-out I shared photos of these two conditions with the staff member at the front desk. She said sorry and nothing else was done to compensate me either monetarily or with points for the extreme condition I encountered. I have just mailed a letter to the Manager of the hotel and have provided feedback to your web based corporate feedback system.
I stay at Marriott's frequently, and this was the worst room experience I've encountered. Parking lot lighting is very poor as well and the sinks were clogged.
