Excellent!
We were exhausted from long hours of driving when we arrived at the hotel i’m glad that we don’t have to wait longer to check in.The front desk Caitlyn was very friendly & accomodating with a big smile. The place are close to all dining areas which is really helpful. The place looks safe. Our room was clean with amenities. The complimentary breakfast was great! They had bacon & scrambled eggs which really made my day!! Overall it was a great experience!

Of Course I Would Stay Again!!!!!
We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Alexandria. The moment we entered was great. The drive up to the hotel, the entry up to the overnight stay.
We were greeted by Ms. Bre who was TOTALLY AWESOME......in fact, she is the perfect person with a great deamonr! First impressions are lasting and it begins with the Front Desk Staff. Ms. Bre greeted us with a smile, a customer friendly attitude and thanked us for choosing Fairfield Inn & Suites. She was also there upon our checking out and asked us how was our stay and thank us for the business.
Our room was great!!!! Upon entry it was cold, cozy and clean with more than enough space. The bed was oh so comfy and we slept like a baby and the bathroom was clean!!
The only thing that needs improvement is the "Complimentary Breakfast". Yes, I understand it's complimentary and the menu falls within the standard complimentary breakfast; however, preparation and presentation left much to be desired. It would be nice if you could speak to the "Kitchen Staff" and ask if they could put a bit more quality and consideration when preparing the food (i.e. the sausage and potatoes were half cooked). I mean the hotel was great but then this.....and this is a simple fix! Tell them to prepare the food as if he/she is the one who has to eat it. Cook it well done, as this could cause other issues.
Thus, overall as it relates to the stay minus breakfast ............all else was great!!

Louisiana Hospitality
We asked the desk clerk for a recommendation for dinner nearby. She sent us to a little Mom and Pop restaurant where they really know how to cook Cajun. Delicious food and even within walking distance so we could walk off a few calories coming back!

Check out prices thoroughly
Hotel is okay just make sure you tripled check all charges before making reservation. Internet says one thing but you are charged differently onsite

Very Clean Hotel with friendly staff eat elsewhere
The food was bad and tasted like it was reheated and then placed on the breakfast bar . The potatoes edges were hard and plastic like as if they had been moistened and reheated over a few days . Its powdered eggs but as person who has been in the military these were the worst powdered eggs Ive ever had. On day two they didnt even have those . I would rather pay 30 bucks less a night and go eat at the IHOP across the street. Heck it was walking distance. I think the customer should have an aoption to pay for a terrible breakfast or not eat. Plus nobody did anything about the homeless people hanging out in the breakfast area on day two. My mind couldnt help but drift and wonder if their hands had been all over the bread . Anyways i loved the cleanliness of this hotel, staff was super nice, the town is gorgeous architecture everywhere but the breakfast was a real downer.
