Rated 3 out of 5 by Businesstraveler from No courtesy coffee offered Front desk check in greeted with smile. Late evening staff non concerned with customer needs. No morning coffee offered as a courtesy and kitchen person could care less if anyone stayed there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Arlene from At Check-in Assigned Room was Already Occupied Bolted door upon using our key, TV on, obviously Occupied. Very Embarassing ...un safe feeling then and in our newly assigned room. The three of us all felt it the two nights stay!
