Rated 5 out of 5 by MrSparks from 2nd stay at Residence Inn Abilene You wont be disappointed in your stay. One of the nicest and friendliest Residence Inn I have every stayed at. Just genuinely nice people and the hotel is maintained very well. Breakfast and social hour are well prepared. Gym is decent if you plan on only being there a couple of weeks it will do. Pool and outdoor area is nicely arranged. Inside looks nice, only small inconvenience is the eating area is not large enough, but they do have the adjacent lobby or outside seating area. You may even get a (ya'll come back now, ya hear). I love staying there.
