Rated 5 out of 5 by Melissa from A great and consistent hotel for a great price This hotel always has great people working at the desk and in the breakfast area who are willing to go out of their way for guests. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy.

We had a reservation for a Group and 2 out of 3 people didn't have beds, even though it was confirmed ahead of time. Asst Manager JK was not helpful at all. Elevator kept breaking down. Very dissatisfied with stay......

Rated 1 out of 5 by notveryimpressed from poorly maintained very poorly kept elevator worked only for a few hours in two days ice machine broken and water on carpet in hallway doorlocks on end exit doors let you out but not back in pool was green spa had black algae toilet keep clogging very noisy not very clean and breakfast was cold
