A selection of artisanal products and delicious breakfast favorites presented on a range of porcelain dishes, that are designed for Blue Palace. A curated a la carte menu highlights the feeling of an old-fashioned hospitality and includes Cretan mountain honey; regional cold cuts; famous Cretan Gruyere cheese and celebrated local grapes and figs – unsurprisingly only when in season.
