We strongly recommend booking your spa appointments in advance. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, as tardiness will tarnish full enjoyment of your treatment.

Cancellation policies:

• 50% charge for Guests who cancel within 24 hours of the reservation.
• 100% charge for guests who cancel within four hours of the reservation.
• If you must reschedule an appointment, please let us know four hours prior to the appointment time to avoid charges.
