Audiovisual Services

Audiovisual services are available through our reputable on-site partner, PSAV, supplier of video and teleconferencing equipment, computer rentals, and presentation services—from audio to elaborate staging and video production. PSAV's skilled and knowledgeable experts will assist in set-up as well as oversee the execution of your presentation goals, including any necessary troubleshooting along the way. High Speed Internet Access is available throughout our meeting spaces.

Catering Services

Our catering team specializes in customizable menus to fulfill all group needs and preferences. Offerings span from grab-and-go lunches to an all-day meeting package with a breakfast, lunch, and two breaks to elegant and sophisticated plated dinners.

Choose from a range of lunch options, in which delicious grab-and-go sandwiches like Cajun beef tenderloin or smoked turkey are accompanied by a salad, chips, a cookie, and a whole fruit, for a nourishing meal that keeps participants alert and energized.

For sit-down dinners, entrées include innovative highlights such as oven-roasted grouper with sundried tomato risotto or merlot-braised short ribs. Host your large-scale event in the stately 16,276-square-foot Grand Ballroom, boasting a maximum occupancy of 2,000 persons in a reception-style event. Striking design elements include 20-foot ceilings and pre function space with views of the courtyard and Uptown. The impeccable Grand Ballroom is complete with a convenient and elegant pre-function space which can be accessed directly from the parking garage, and offers a capacity of 680.

Our spacious and refined Providence Ballroom, hosting up to 800 guests for large gatherings or galas, showcases elegant design in its chandeliers and crown molding. The Providence Promenade pre-function area features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard and can be accessed directly from the parking garage.
