Liberty Ballroom


Our fully broken-out meeting rooms total 19 and cover nearly 20,000 square feet. Impress guests, break from brainstorming, or mingle in style in our extensive pre-function space, covering approximately 8,000 additional square feet over the hotel's two main floors.

Executive Boardroom

Small Meetings

Each of several pre-set boardrooms measures roughly 560 square feet, with the Executive Boardroom featuring a mahogany table to seat 16, ergonomic leather chairs, and windows for natural light. Our flexible Intrepid room, suitable as a boardroom, boasts windows for stunning views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline.

Newport Grand Ballroom

Large Meetings

Our 9,844-square-foot Newport Grand Ballroom is the largest in the Lower Manhattan and Jersey City area, and boasts 4,900 square feet of attractive pre-function space with windows overlooking the atrium and Newport Marina, plus a balcony with Manhattan views. Galas, corporate dinners, conferences, and other social events are enhanced by this beautifully designed space, outfitted with contemporary chandeliers, high ceilings, and subdued earth tones. The ballroom can accommodate over 1,000 guests theater-style, and allows for state-of-the-art audiovisual capabilities. Also featuring chandeliers and elegant design, our Liberty Ballroom covers 3,350 square feet and hosts 300 guests theater-style.

Catering Services

We employ a full-time on-site catering team that is eager to work with you to customize the perfect menu. Delight them with an ice cream or candy-themed meeting break, or keep your team going with energy-boosters such as protein bars, sustainably grown vegetables and hummus, or whole fruits. We also offer conference break packages, covering a morning meal and two daytime breaks, as well as delectable luncheon possibilities, from salads and sandwiches to hot sit-down fare featuring entrées like roasted arctic char with horseradish-spiked red beet sauce, grilled French-cut chicken with tomato fennel relish, or petit filet mignon with sage gnocchi.

Our outside partners cooperate with us to accommodate full kosher events as well as ethnic menus consisting of Indian or other South Asian cuisines.


Audiovisual Services

PSAV, our professional audiovisual partner, offers a full on-site presence with offices, staff, and inventory. They handle everything audiovisual, from High Speed Internet Access in meeting rooms to elaborate audiovisual set-ups with the latest equipment, from projectors to full sound systems.

Hotel Restaurant Options:

Half Moon Restaurant offers nearly 3,000 square feet of event space in two separate areas and combined seating for 120 guests.

Fire & Oak features classic grill dining in an elevated setting for up to 125 guests for both lunch and dinner.
