Host a Dream Ceremony and Reception in Our Maui Wedding Venues

Set on beautiful Ka'anapali Beach, The Westin Maui Resort & Spa is currently undergoing an exciting hotel transformation projected to be complete in May 2020. Our transformation will completely reimagine many areas within our 12-acre beachfront paradise in distinctive and beautiful ways. We are excited for the opportunity to share this new resort experience with you on your special Maui wedding day.

If you are planning your celebration from May 1, 2020 on, you will find the following information helpful.

Ceremony Only Weddings
A Wedding Ceremony without a banquet dinner booked within 12 months does not require a guestroom block.

Ceremony and Dinner Weddings
Wedding Ceremonies with Dinner, require a minimum of 50 guests. Should you require a guestroom block of 15 or more rooms, for a minimum of 3 nights, we are happy to confirm the arrangements within 1 year of the wedding date. Should you not be in need of a guestroom block, our resort is able to confirm your Ceremony within 6 months of the wedding date. If your expected guest count is less than 50 guests, we would be happy to provide information on our Wailele Luau or local preferred restaurants who are able to accommodate group dining reservations.

Beach Weddings
Although we are not able to host weddings on Ka’anapali Beach, due to Maui County restrictions, we have a wonderful Ocean Front Lawn, which overlooks the beach. We hope you will consider this resort wedding venue, overlooking beautiful Ka’anapali Beach.

Setup Example

Reception

Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.

Conference and Hollow Square

Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.

Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five foot round table seats eight people comfortably. A six foot round table seats 10 people comfortably.

E-shape, U-shape and T-shape

Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
