What, When, How and Where 

1. Maximum Room Capacities
One of a Kind is our largest meeting room. The maximum capacity depends on the current local health specifications. We will be happy to help you plan your event with the appropriate distance regulations.
2. Meeting Room Ceiling Heights
The ballroom on the ground floor is 3.5 meters high. All other meeting rooms which are located on level 2 have the height of 2.5 meters.
3. Outside Event Areas
Yes, Le Méridien Munich has a courtyard that is suitable for your open air event. The possibilities of the garden are manifold: you can host your coffee breaks and receptions there, but also have the option of e.g. a barbecue dinner. Ballroom One of a Kind and its foyer are directly connected to the garden.
4. Daylight Meeting Rooms
Yes. All meeting rooms are illuminated by natural daylight. The ballroom One of a Kind is even directly connected to the green courtyard.
5. Car Parking Possibilities
Attached to the hotel in the center of Munich, Le Méridien Munich offers a parking garage with 72 parking slots. The price for parking is 5€ per hour and maximum 30€ per day. Parking reservations are not possible. If you come by car, kindly enter GPS adress Goethestraße 4, 80336 Munich to get directly to the garage opposite the main train station.
6. Internet Access + Free WiFi
Le Méridien Hotel Munich provides free High Speed WiFi for its meeting guests. You will be provided with event specific login data.
7. Distance to Train Station
Munich's main station is just across the street. From the meeting room - no matter which one - it will take you less than five minutes to the platform.
8. Distance to MUC Airport
To get to the Airport from Le Méridien Munich, take the S1 or S8 direction Airport - it departs directly at the main station across the street. The ride is about 40 minutes. When you arrive at Main Station, you need to cross the train hall and use the Exit South. You'll find the hotel opposite on your right hand side.
9. Distance to Fair Grounds
The New Munich Fair Centre / ICM is 11 km away from the hotel. Driving by car it will only take you 20 minutes to the trade fair, or approximately 25 minutes via public transport . The Underground line 2 departures directly at the central station (50 metres away from the hotel) to Munich trade fairs at Neue Messe Riem (ICM).
10. Possibilities of Extra
Of course! Our restaurant and bar colleagues welcome you for a beer tasting or cocktail course. Other options could be sports events like a football match streaming with typical food or a cinema setup in one of the conference rooms.
11. Exclusivity of the Restaurant
Yes, restaurant Irmi is exclusively bookable for your extra event for dinner. Try out the Sharing menu or host a party there - options for stage and DJ are given!
12. Possibility for Christmas Party
For sure, Le Méridien Munich also offers the possibility for a christmas event. Restaurant Irmi or the ballroom are perfect location for dinner and celebration - a winter hut in the courtyard is the best place for your Mulled Wine Aperitif.
