Winter Adventures
Whether a seasoned skier or brand new to the mountains, we can find something out of the ordinary to inspire you.
Stade Olympic:
Organised race training and giant slalom competitions can be run on the mountain with commentating, prize-giving and a gala dinner in a mountain top restaurant. DJ’s, dancing and exclusive use of the lifts back to the W Hotel ensures the party returns euphoric and safely.
Snow table dining or Heli Glacier Picnic:
Our most exclusive experience, enjoy a unique gastronomic feast either on the mountain above Verbier or on a glacier accessed only by helicopter. Dine at a hand carved snow table dressed with reindeer and sheepskins, as well as fur rugs and blankets for your warmth and comfort. Sample the incredible talent of our head chef and his team accompanied by Champagne and fine wines.
Sunset snowshoe walk:
Accompanied by a guide, enjoy a walk with snow shoes winding up through the trees of Verbier and out onto the open slopes. See the beautiful Alpine sunset and continue your journey into the magical dusk with headlamps. This unique experience offers stunning views of the lights of Verbier and the imposing snow capped peaks beyond.
Ski touring:
Take some touring skis uphill using skins that grip the ski in the snow. This offers a great workout whilst taking advantage of the beautiful scenery. If you have started late in the day, watch the sunset and ski back down to Verbier in the early dusk light with the whole mountain to yourself. This incredible experience requires no previous knowledge of ski touring, but participants must be confident skiers and have a reasonable fitness level.
Husky sled rides:
Travel along La Bise walking path at 2200m on a sled pulled by a team of huskies as you take in the beautiful surroundings.
Paragliding:
Fly above Verbier and the surrounding area with an experienced professional. An exhilarating experience that guarantees stunning views from a unique perspective.
