What is it that makes the perfect steak? The breed of cattle? The choice of feed? The way it’s cut? You could talk about it until the bulls come home, so we set off on our very own steak odyssey.

Great Steaks… “and that’s no bull”

We sampled countless steaks to find the world’s ‘Best in Show’. And, after too many meals to mention, we struck culinary gold: the wet-aged USDA prime Black Angus from Creekstone Kansas, and dry-aged Scottish cuts from Inverurie – the birthplace of the legendary Aberdeen Angus steak.

 

These prime meats are individually cut and freshly cooked on our authentic Montague Broiler in our open kitchen. You’d be hard pushed to find a better steak anywhere in Canary Wharf.

Located on the Canary Wharf Quayside, your meal is accompanied by some pretty epic views. When the sun is shining, take a seat on our private terrace and dine al fresco. Where better to watch the world go by?
