Where Our Meat Comes From
Our Yorkshire steaks are sourced from local farmers in Nidderdale, set deep within the Yorkshire Dales. Nidderdale is an area of outstanding natural beauty with fantastic moorland scenery and lush green meadows. We strongly believe in supporting local suppliers.
Our Yorkshire steaks have been matured for 35 days. During this process water evaporates, intensifying the juices that are absorbed into the meat. The result is a steak that is bolder, more tender with a buttery succulence.
