Event Space

Conveniently located near Heathrow Airport, our event space is designed to host nearly any type of event. From boardroom meetings and business conferences to bespoke ballroom banquets and social celebrations, our newly renovated spaces are spread over two levels and cover 1,743 sq m/18,761 sq ft. Some of our rooms feature natural daylight for added inspiration. Both the Waterloo Suite and Millennium Suite offer exclusive use and feature views of the airport runway. Perfect for themed events, dinner dances and wedding receptions, the Waterloo Suite can seat up to 180 guests. The adjacent Millennium Suite is an ideal site for welcome drinks and smaller social events with seating for 72.

Westminster Suite

Our Westminster Suite offers ideal space for team building, fundraising, fashion shows, exhibitions, weddings, dinner dances and more. Boasting 447.30 square meters/5,715 sq ft, this stylish pillar-free space can seat 450 for presentations or 360 for a banquet or reception. Located on the ground floor, this self-contained space features a private entrance wide enough to accommodate cars.

Our Day Delegate Package, with rates starting from £49, includes:

24-Hour Package

Our 24-hour package, with rates starting from £199, includes:

Take the Heathrow Express when travelling between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport. With non-stop trains, service is every 15 minutes. It is the fastest, most reliable way to travel.
