Abundant natural lighting and high ceilings are featured in our venue’s six meeting rooms, which include accommodations for small gatherings of as few as six or larger facilities ideal for hosting elegant banquets with up to 70 guests. 

Our largest space, the West Point, can be arranged for theatre seating, a schoolroom, U-shape or conference setting and is perfect for a wedding reception or banquet. Additional spaces vary in size all the way down to our smallest room, which provides an intimate setting for interviews or an executive meeting. 

Breakout areas compliment our facilities and include the West 12 Bar, West 12 Grill Restaurant and our Patio area, weather permitting.

Our Event Manager will be on hand to support and help you throughout your meeting or social occasion – from planning to completion. With our Marriott Meetings App you will be able to easily communicate with your ‘Red Jacket’ associate. Directions and Parking

From the National Exhibition Centre, go towards the City Centre (Coventry Road) sign posted A45, just past Birmingham Airport. Keep on the A45 for approximately eight miles until reaching a large roundabout, Bordsley Circus. Take the first left off this roundabout, which is Camphill Circus. Continue onto Highgate Middleway, following signs for 'Ring Road West' and A45. When you reach the next roundabout, turn right onto Belgrave Middle Way. Carry on down, past a Mosque on the right, straight through traffic lights and take the underpass. Continue for approximately one mile up Leebank Middleway to Five Ways Island. Take the first left onto Calthorpe Road, just past the clock, to the slip road on the right, sign posted Marriott Hotel. This brings you to Harborne Road. The hotel entrance is directly opposite.
