What browsers work best with Marriott.co.uk?

Does Marriott.co.uk offer Chat help?

Yes. Marriott.co.uk does offer chat. Marriott.co.uk’s chat feature is initiated by our customer care team and is available 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET.

I received a chat invitation but don't see it anymore.

A chat invitation will be sent when a Customer Care chat associate is available. Currently there is not an option to request a chat unless it is offered. If the associate is no longer available, the chat invitation may be removed. Chat is offered 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET.

How can I find hotels near a specific address?

You can locate hotels within a 50-mile radius from an address.

  1. Click Menu in the upper left of the homepage
  2. Select Find & Reserve, followed by Find a Hotel, which will take you to the Advanced Search page
  3. Click "Near an Address" (located below the Hotel, Deal and Event Space boxes)."
  4. Enter the street address you wish to be near without suite or unit numbers and click Find
  5. This will display properties within 50 miles on a map. To change the display, select List or Gallery
Why is my connection speed to Marriott.co.uk so slow?

Connection speed to any website can be affected by many factors, including the type of Internet connection a user has (dial-up, cable, DSL, etc.), the amount of traffic using those routes or the amount of traffic trying to access a specific site.

How do I unsubscribe from email promotions?

To stop receiving email promotions, select “unsubscribe” on any email from Marriott, or go to Account Activity, select Profile, and scroll down to Subscriptions. Go to Email Preferences and select Edit. Go to Email Subscriptions, and select No to the right of the Promotions, News and Account description to unsubscribe.

How can I update my personal information online?

Once you have logged in, you can easily change your personal information. From the "My Account Overview" homepage, select the “Profile” link and select "Edit" for the information you wish to update.

I forgot my Marriott Rewards password.

First, you'll need to reset your password. Then, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to create a new password. This link must be used within 5 hours of being received. For additional assistance, call +44 20 7012 7312 in the UK, or contact your worldwide customer support office.
