We are in the process of moving of our hotels to Marriott.com and new SPG.com sites. During this transition, you’ll be able to see available hotels in search results on both sites, but you’ll need to complete your reservation on the old SPG.com site. Good news: You can use your existing account login for fast booking, and you’ll still earn points for your stay if you are a Marriott Bonvoy™ member.

There are two ways to search deals and packages. From the homepage:

1. Select “Deals & Packages” in the main menu at the top of the page to open the list of options. For instance, you’ll find featured and regional offers under “Deals”, and build-your-own vacation packages under “Hotel & Flight Packages”.

2. Enter your information in the search form and select “Find Hotels”. When your search results appear, select “View Rates” for a specific property. When the page opens, select the tab for “Deals & Packages” to find the deals available for your stay.

Yes, but you'll need a special group code that your coordinator set up with the hotel. Ask them for that code or contact us by email.

Once you have your code, go to the hotel's website – you can find it on the hotel directory. After you enter your stay information in the booking form, look for "Special Rates" and enter your code under "Group Code".

First, download a credit card authorisation form (PDF). Once completed, please fax the form to the hotel. The hotel’s fax number can be found on their website.

If you have just made your reservation and are on the confirmation page, go to the email link below the confirmation number and enter one or more email address, separating each by a comma, and submit. To forward a reservation you made earlier, follow the same process after opening the reservation.

If you’re a member, first sign in to your account using your member number or email address and password. When your account opens, go to "My Trips" to view your reservations. If any are missing, use the “Search Reservations” link.

If you are not a member, on the site home page, select “Find & Reserve” in the site navigation, then “Look up a Reservation”. You’ll need to provide the first name, last name, confirmation number and check-in date of the reservation.

Our search results show all available hotels within the destination for your dates. If you think the hotel may be in the list but can’t find it, use the “All Filters” link to narrow down the results. Or, if you know the name of the hotel, you can begin typing it in the “Destination” field and any potential matches will display.

In most of our search forms, such as the one on the homepage, use the “Destination” field to enter the address. Or, enter a city, state, and zip code such as “Bethesda, MD 20817” to search by zip code.

You can find hotels within a 50-mile radius from an address:

  • Go to the search form on the homepage and enter your address in the “Destination” field.
  • After entering the rest of your information, select “Find Hotels.”
  • A list of hotels sorted by distance from your address will display.

You can also use “Map View” to locate a hotel.

For one to three rooms:
Our online reservation system will allow you to book three rooms at a time per reservation. Simply choose 1, 2 or 3 from the “Rooms & Guests” dropdown menu when starting your search.

For our hotels that are participating in a pilot to improve the way we show our rooms, you will have the ability to book different room types at the same time. So, for example, if you need one room with one king bed and a walk-in shower and another room with two queen beds and a bathtub, you can do this in the same booking. Simply place the rooms you want in the cart, where you can further customise the room features you want for each room.

For four to nine rooms:
You may reserve up to three rooms at once online. To reserve four to nine rooms, first make a reservation of three rooms and then choose “Book more rooms at this hotel” at the top of the screen, below the confirmation number, when you complete your first reservation. This will save the hotel name, your travel dates, address and credit card information so you can easily make one or more additional reservations.

You are limited to booking only three rooms at a time. However, we allow you to place up to five rooms in the cart to aid in your shopping and decision-making process. Simply remove the rooms you do not wish to book and then you can complete your multiple-room booking.

Reservations requiring 10 or more rooms for the same arrival and departure are known as a “group booking." These typically have different rates, availability structures and deposit requirements than other reservations.

To make a group booking: for 10-25 rooms:

  • First, enter your destination and dates.
  • Then, enter the number of rooms you’ll need and select "Find Hotels."
  • If you’re booking 10-25 rooms, a new page will open where you can search and book for your group; complete this form to select a hotel, your rooms and complete booking.
  • If you need 26 or more rooms, a new search page will open with hotels available for your group size and dates.
  • Select the hotels you’re interested in by selecting the “Add to RFP” button.
  • After selecting the hotels, complete your Request for Proposal (RFP)by selecting the “Create RFP” button at the bottom of the page.

Some of our properties are participating in a pilot to improve the way we show our rooms and rates. When you are viewing rooms and rates for these properties, you’ll see a set of filters at the top of the page – one is for accessible room features. You can use this to see available rooms with the features you need.

For all of our hotels, on the “Reservation Details” page, go to “Choose room features” and select the available accessible room options for your room. Only the available accessible options for the room type are displayed.

You can also select “Room details” within search to see if the room has these options.

First, sign in to your Marriott Bonvoy™ account. When “My Account” opens, select “Activity”. The link to rebook will appear next to the name of the hotel.

To see hotels in a particular category on the homepage, select “Find & Reserve” and then “Browse by Destination” within the navigation. Next, select “Filter” and choose the categories that interest you. Then, select a destination to view all hotels in the categories within that destination.

At any point during the booking process, you can select the “Rate details” link to read the cancellation policy. You’ll also see the cancellation policy in the Reservation Details step, just below the name of the rate you’re booking at the hotel.
