Subscribe to eFolio
To subscribe to receive an electronic version of your hotel bill by email after every Marriott stay:
  1. You must be a Marriott Rewards member. If you are not, please join Marriott Rewards today.
  2. View the Edit Email Preferences page in the My Account section of Marriott Rewards online. If you have a Marriott Rewards account and cannot remember your password, please visit the Forgot Password page. 
  3. Select eFolio (and any other Marriott emails you wish to receive) by checking the box next to that option
  4. Click Save
You will receive an electronic version of your hotel bill by email every time you stay at a participating Marriott hotel using your Marriott Rewards account number. Once you have subscribed to the Program, your Marriott Rewards number acts as the eFolio identifier, prompting your bill to be transmitted to your email address of record. If your Marriott Rewards number is applied to another person’s room reservation, that person’s bill will be transmitted to your email address as well. It is your responsibility to inform that person that their bill will be emailed to you when your Marriott Rewards number is attached to his/her reservation unless he/she makes alternative arrangements with a front desk associate during the stay.

Unsubscribe from eFolio
To unsubscribe, do the following:
  1. Return to the Edit Email Preferences page
  2. Deselect by clicking the checked box next to eFolio
  3. Click Save

Availability & Authenticity of Bills
An electronic version of your final hotel bill will be emailed to you within 72 hours of your departure. This email will reflect any changes made to your bill up to 11pm on your day of departure. Any adjustments after that time may not be shown. Marriott retains official records of all charges and credits to your account and will honor only those records.
