Airline Rewards 


  1. Rewards Program Members may redeem Points in exchange for airline frequent flyer Miles with any participating airline partner. Click here for participating airlines and their conversion rates.

  2. Rewards Program Members requesting a Mileage Reward must be a member of the relevant airline frequent flyer program in order to receive a Mileage Reward. For details on joining a frequent flyer program, please refer to the particular airlines terms and conditions.

  3. Once frequent flyer Miles have been requested, Miles will automatically be transferred to the Member's frequent flyer account. Please allow approximately six weeks for Miles to be posted to your frequent flyer account or contact your local Rewards Program Guest Services to inquire about express service (may include a fee).

  4. Once Miles are credited to the Member's frequent flyer account, changes, reissuance or recredit of Rewards Points are not allowed.

  5. The terms and conditions of the airline frequent flyer programs control the redemption and distribution of the Miles earned through the Rewards Program.

  6. The airlines reserve the right to change the frequent flyer program at any time with or without notice. Any such changes may affect your ability to use the awards or mileage credits that you have accumulated. The airline is not responsible for products or services offered by other participating companies. All program terms and conditions of your preferred airline frequent flyer program apply.

Car & Rail 

Car - Hertz


  1. Hertz may limit the number of cars available for Reward Certificate usage. In addition, there are blackout dates when no cars are available for Reward usage. Participating locations and blackout dates are subject to change without notice. Please contact Hertz for current blackout dates. Present the Reward Certificate at time of rental to the Hertz rental agent.

  2. In the U.S., Reward Certificates may be redeemed at participating corporate locations (excluding Newark Intl, LaGuardia and John F. Kennedy airports and Manhattan) and in Europe, certificates may be redeemed in these participating countries - Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (includes Northern Ireland, but excludes Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man).

  3. In the US, at most locations, a weekend rental is available for pickup from noon Thursday through noon Sunday and must be returned by 11:59pm on Monday. In Europe, a Saturday night keep is required. Other weekend restrictions may apply. Please check with Hertz.

  4. Rentals are subject to standard Hertz rental and rate conditions, as well as car availability at the time and place of rental. Minimum rental age for reward certificate usage is 25 (exceptions apply).

  5. For rentals in the US, the following charges are not included as part of the Reward and must be paid by the Rewards member: taxes, airport fees, vehicle licensing fees and similar surcharges, additional days, optional refueling charges, Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), Personal Accident Insurance/Personal Effects Coverage (PAI/PEC), Liability Insurance Supplement (LIS), and other optional services as well as any additional charges that may apply for drivers under 25 years of age (exceptions apply).

  6. For rentals in Europe, the following charges are not included as part of the Reward and must be paid by the Rewards Program Member: applicable charges for excess mileage, airport related fees, additional days, optional refueling service, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), or Loss/Damage Waiver (LDW), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Theft Protection (TP), and any other optional services.

  7. All rentals may include a limited number of miles per rental day with a charge for excess mileage. Mileage limits are based on local policy currently in effect at the time and place of redemption of the Hertz reward certificate.

  8. If an upgrade to a higher car class is chosen and available, any difference in rates is the responsibility of the Member.

  9. In the US, Reward Certificate rentals must be returned to the original renting location or the certificate will be deemed invalid. In Europe, certain Reward Certificate rentals must be returned to the original renting country, or the Reward Certificate will be deemed invalid. Confirm with Hertz when making reservations.

  10. Certificates are nontransferable and must be used for consecutive rental days. They will be deemed fully used once a rental has begun.

  11. Certificates may not be combined or used in conjunction with other certificates, other promotional offers, travel industry discounts, tour rates, or any other Hertz special discounts or promotional rates.

  12. Reward certificate rentals are not eligible to earn frequent traveler bonus Miles/Points.


 

Rail - Orient-Express
Travel conditions for journeys covering Asia:
  • There are two classes of cabins which include the Superior cabin with upper and lower berths, and the State cabin which is larger, offers twin beds that are located side by side.
  • All cabins are ensuite.
  • Service includes all meals and any applicable excursions.
Travel conditions for journeys in Europe:
  • All cabins are the same class, with upper and lower berths.
  • The cabins do not have ensuite facilities.
  • Service includes all meals and any applicable excursions.
  1. Reservations must be made no later than 28 days before departure and are subject to availability.

  2. Orient-Express will quote a confirmation number, which must be noted. Once the reservation has been made, the Rewards Program Member must send the Reward Certificate to Orient-Express and will in turn receive written confirmation of the booking.

  3. Cancellation notice must be given at least 28 days before date of travel. The Reward Certificate will be returned to the redeemer. However, if notice is given after this deadline, the Rewards Program member will forfeit the Reward Certificate.

  4. Tickets will be issued to the name that appears as the designated traveler on the Reward Certificate only.

  5. All taxes are included in the ticket.

  6. Passengers must carry a valid passport for travel and are responsible for any necessary visa requirements.


 

Travel Packages 

  1. All Rewards Program Rules apply.

  2. Miles will be automatically transferred into the participating frequent flyer program account that matches the name on your Rewards Program Account.

  3. Once processed, airline Miles cannot be transferred back to your Rewards Program Account.

Sports & Leisure 


Marriott Golf - Rounds of Golf
  1. The Certificate for Marriott Golf is ONLY VALID at participating Marriott hotels.

  2. Guest must present and surrender the Certificate prior to playing the round of golf.

  3. The Certificate may not be valid where restricted by law. Two (2) Value Season Awards may be redeemed for one round of golf during Peak Season. A Peak Season Award may be redeemed for one round of golf for two (2) people during Value (off-peak) Season with cart as defined by the participating golf course. Complimentary use of the driving range included, where available. Food, beverages, service charges, and other taxes or incidental expenses are not included.

  4. Rewards Points are NOT earned with Certificate usage.

  5. The Certificate is issued by and is the property of MI Fulfillment Services, LLC.

  6. Certificates are transferable but are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, or expired.

  7. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of the Reward Certificate is the Rewards Program Member’s responsibility.

  8. Tee time is subject to availability and seasonal conditions. Seasonal definitions can be obtained by calling the course and are subject to change without notice.

  9. Tee times may be scheduled 30 days in advance unless otherwise restricted by participating course.

  10. Not valid for group play (more than four players).

Shopping & Gifts 

SkyMall
  1. These redemption opportunities are available exclusively for residents of the 48 continental United States.

  2. Merchandise will be shipped in the 48 continental United States only and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.

  3. All products provided under the Rewards Program are under full Manufacturer's Warranty. If a product is received and determined to be defective, it will be the customer's responsibility to follow the Manufacturer's Warranty information provided with each product.

Dining Certificates
  1. Dining Certificate must be presented to server at time of ordering. This award cannot be applied toward payment of meal plan, catered meals, banquets, room service or alcoholic beverages.

  2. Any unused portion is nonrefundable.

  3. Taxes and gratuities to the full value of the free dinner options are included.

  4. Any item ordered that is beyond the benefits described are the responsibility of the Member. Additional dinner guests and related taxes and gratuities are not included.

  5. This Award is valid at any casual and most specialty restaurants located in Marriott Hotels & Resorts, JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Renaissance Hotels worldwide, and Courtyard by Marriott locations outside of North America.

  6.   9. Dining Certificates are valid at participating merchants only through the expiration date printed on the front of the Dining Certificate, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.

  10. Dining Certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or its equivalent. Any unused portion will not be returned as cash unless a Certificate states otherwise, or required by law.

  11. Dining Certificates are transferable unless otherwise noted on the Certificate.

  12. Certificates are void where prohibited by law.

Japanese Department Stores
  1. Guest Services will mail the requested Common Department Store Voucher to the Rewards Program Member.

  2. The Common Department Store Voucher can be exchanged for goods at participating stores in Japan.

  3. The Common Department Store Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

  4. Rewards Program Members are bound by the general terms and conditions of the Japanese Department Stores.
