Three Golden Keys: The Right Approach

You know what you want from your business meeting or event. Tell us in advance and we'll work to make sure that it happens. It's that simple. And it's part of Marriott's Three Gold Keys objective-oriented approach to making your meeting or event a hit by providing great conference service.

Professional Assistance: The Right Attitude

From the moment your event begins until it ends, your own personal event planner will be available to answer any questions, respond to any requests, and make sure your event is as close to perfect as possible. But should a problem arise, a Red Jacket Event Service Manager will be there to solve it on the spot, and with a smile on his or her face.

eTools and Emails: The Right Applications

The Web-based applications listed below are available to help you plan and manage your event. See your meeting planner for additional information.

  • Custom Web Pages: Need a way to promote your meeting or event? A customized Web page, hosted and designed by Marriott, is the answer. It’s yours free when you book a Marriott or Renaissance meeting or event and can include your personalized message, event logo, PDFs and other documents and links to related Web sites.
  • ResLink: This may be the fastest way for guests to book rooms at group rates. Just post the ResLink to your event Web site, or email it to guests, and they can link directly to the special group rate and reservation process for your Marriott event or meeting.
  • Passkey: Everybody is happy with the Passkey. Designed for professional meeting planners, it allows your attendees to make and manage their hotel reservations online, while providing you with 24/7 online access to real-time event reports. The service is available at select Marriott hotels. Ask your event manager for details.
  • eRooming & eGroup lists: Use these tools to automate your event registration lists and eliminate misspelled nametags and other inconveniences during event check-in.
  • Pre-Arrival Email: As a reminder of their reservation and your upcoming event, members of your group will receive a pre-arrival email from Marriott. The email will include helpful information about the meeting or event hotel; and links to area maps, weather information and more.
